Here are answers to commonly asked questions about Acuity PPM software licensing.
How does licensing work?
Pick the module that best suits your organization. Every subscription includes five paid licenses. Additional Admin and Read-Write licenses can be purchased for $20/user/month. We offer a Team Member license to manage tasks, risks, issues, and lessons learned for $10/user/month. Read-only licenses are free.
What discounts are available?
We offer a month-to-month plan, but companies that purchase a 12-month agreement receive an additional 10% discount. A 24-month agreement earns an 15% discount and a 36-month agreement earns a 20% discount. Paid-in-full offers even greater discounts.
How long do implementations take?
We pride ourselves on quick implementations to help project organizations get up and running quickly. We measure our implementations in days, not weeks or months like many other solutions. We have templates we use to quickly upload your data and offer consulting services to help you improve your processes and configure Acuity PPM to best meet your needs.
Can we change our plan later?
Yes, that is the flexibility of Acuity PPM's modular approach. You can add more functionality when you are ready.
What integrations do you provide?
Acuity PPM leverages the Make.com platform to connect to common project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana, Wrike, ClickUp, and more.
What Single Sign-On (SSO) options do you offer?
Acuity PPM utilizes Auth0 for our authentication service and we can provide a wide variety of SSO options with OKTA and Azure AD being the most common.
